“Terrorist attacks can shake the foundations of our biggest buildings, but they cannot touch the foundation of America. These acts shatter steel, but they cannot dent the steel of American resolve. America was targeted for attack because we’re the brightest beacon for freedom and opportunity in the world. And no one will keep that light from shining.”
-President George W. Bush | September 11, 2001

We had a wonderful, wonderful weekend. There was so much that you’ll have to stay tuned to hear about all of it.
First up, wedding:
Some good friends got married in Reedsport in the bride’s grandpa’s orchard…is that not the most perfect venue ever? The ceremony was beautiful and perfect. The pastor [predictably] talked a lot about love. Made me think…is this the kind of love I show?
Love is patient.
Love is kind.
Love does not envy.
Love does not boast.
Love is not proud.
Love is not rude.
Love is not self-seeking.
Love keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in anger but rejoices with the truth.
Love always protects.
Love always hopes.
Love always trusts.
Love always preserves.
Love never fails.
Is this the kind of love you show?
